August performed my prenatal massage and did an excellent job. He made sure to ask me of any problem areas prior to beginning and he made sure to spend extra time on those specific areas before concluding the massage. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely request him again for a massage at hand and stone!

August is amazing. He’s friendly, takes an interest in me as a person, and answers my questions thoroughly and with respect. The facility staff is usually very friendly and the appointments occur on time.

Once I arrived the receptionist met me with a pleasant smile and greeting. The ambiance was relaxing in the lobby while waiting for the massage therapist. The wait time was less than 5 minutes for the massage therapist. The amount of pressure and how the massage therapist listened to my needs and concerns. I have referred another person to this hand and stone location as well as the massage therapist's name. Hope, my massage therapist, and the other friendly staff are the reason why I have kept my membership at Hand and Stone Glen Allen.
