August was very personable, respectful, and informative. The experience is what I expect as a “member” of H&S. No other comments.

From the beginning, this experience was delightful. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. The facility was very clean. My esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. I will absolutely be back!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The appointment was flexible and suited for our schedule. It was an o really enjoyable experience.

I was greeted with a smile. She checked me in quickly and offered me water. My esthetician is always great.

The staff is always friendly and make me feel at home when I arrive to this facility. I never have a long wait time when I arrive. Hope is very knowledgeable about any spa enhancement that I may decide to try out on my visit. The pressure applied during my massage is always just right. I will continue visiting this Hand and Stone location and recommend others as well.

My original appointment was with Abigail and I received a call the day before saying she longer worked there. I was able to get rescheduled with James and he was awesome! I will continue to book my appointments with him.
