I’ve been seeing Emily for massages for a few months now and she is amazing!! I put a lot of strain on my back at work, and she does an awesome job helping to relieve some of the pain.

James was a great masseuse. Very friendly and great massage. I would definitely book a visit with James again. Very relaxing appointment. The reception staff were also very friendly.

James was very knowledgeable about pressure points and tension built up in the body. 8 months pregnant , really appreciated the patience and consideration for table /pillow positioning. Overall enjoyed myself, plan to return before baby is born.

Lauren is wonderful. I enjoy her calm presence. Her touch is amazing. My face craves her monthly treatment. At 45 I’ve never had Botox but am asked often. I credit Lauren’s facials and her expert recommendations of products, which I love using. H&S Glen Allen is very lucky to have Lauren!!

Abigail is a wonderful massage therapist. Her and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable friendly and go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained what and why as he was working on the knots in my shoulders and back. It was a very intense massage and I cannot say it was relaxing. That was not the kind of massage I needed. My therapist listened to me and helped me not be so tight. Next time I will see about half intense and half relaxing! I am very happy with my Hand & Stone Spa and look forward to my next appointment!
