Everyone is friendly making sure we are comfortable and our needs are addressed. The professionalism and kindness of the aesthetician - great manner and is very knowledgeable. The space is clean and very relaxing. I am looking forward to my next appointment and would like to try other services which are offered. I also really like the emails letting me know what times are available.

Travis was great. He worked on areas that no other massage therapist anywhere has ever focused on. I felt beat up afterwards, but in a good way. The reception lady (whose name I did not catch) was great - very professional and courteous. Now if you could just do something to make the website easier to use to book appointments - it's frustrating to have to bounce around to see services available at various locations. How about an option that shows you all services available for a date BY location. In this area, I have a few locations to choose from.

The employees at the front desk were pleasant and professional. The wait time was just long enough for me to complete my medical history. The esthetician was very pleasant, ask what areas I wanted to address and she made my experience very comfortable. She was knowledgable when I asked her questions and she gave me valuable information about the care of my skin. She suggested products for me to use and I was able to purchase them before leaving.
