I love getting facials & I really like my esthetician Lauren @ the Glen Allen location. She is very knowledgeable & answers all my questions confidently. She gives great advice on products and we talk a lot about face care & what products that we use.

Therapist August was very professional and personable. He addressed the areas that I wanted him to and the massage was great. I was highly satisfied with my massage and therapist.
