Ashley was great and put me at ease. She was very thorough in asking the right questions about my skin and needs. She then explained the process in detail. Throughout the appointment she checked to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t experiencing any irritations. Overall great experience.

My facial was amazing, I immediately had results right after my appointment and once I woke up the next day my face was so healthy looking. I’m definitely coming back again.

The Esthetian is absolutely by far the best! She is caring, thoughtful and detailed with her process! I’m sorry I can’t remeber her name it was a rough day for me.

Shanice was awesome!!! Today was me and my wife's Hope Allen first visit. My wife had the hot stone service. It was so great that we recommended our close friend Shannell for a Hot stone massage and encouraged her for a membership. My wife and I both agree that 60 minutes is not long enough . This is definitely one of the best investments we could have made in ourselves.

The were very friendly and accommodating. They were running a little behind on facial appointments and the manager was very apologetic. He added on a free hot towel treatment for my hands. I was very pleased with my service and my esthetician was extremely nice! I would definitely recommend this facility and its employees. It was a great first-time experience at Hand & Stone!
