I was greeted expeditiously upon entry.... The front desk associates offered flavored water while I filled out the information form, and Sara did a great job on my massage!!

Everything was fast and efficient. The therapist Nel was very good with working on problem areas.

The place was peaceful and pleasent and considering I had a major surgery not too long ago was a little nervous about getting a message just yet, but after sharing nt concern with my therapist, we were able to figure out what worked for me best, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my massage!

I was satisfied, no problems at all. However, to be highly satisfied, I think it would need to cost a little less and be a little longer, which I know are not realistic goals.

It seems like every time I find a massage therapist that I enjoy, months later that massage therapist is no longer working there. I am not happy with the numerous changes in massage therapists so often. I also do not like that there is no picture and no bio for each massage therapist on the website or the app so that I have more freedom in choosing who I’d like as my massage therapist.

I feel the esthetician did a fantastic job; however, management is not allowing sufficient time between appointments. Some estheticians have back to back appointments and it does not allow them adequate time to prepare for the next patron. Therefore, they have to cut back a few minutes on the person they are currently servicing. If your treatment is to last for one hour, the esthetician has to cut back a few minutes (five or ten minutes) on your treatment to allow time to prepare the room for the other patron. I feel the estheticians should have at least a 15 minutes allowance time before servicing the other patron; thus, allowing your current patron to have the full benefit of the one hour service that is advertised.
