I feel they could do more also my last session ended 8 minutes early.

I do not like the fact that the massages/facials, do not even last the whole time. And I know it says the time is 60 minutes, including dressing, etc. I do feel that I should not, let’s say, have an appointment at 1:00, get taken back at 1:05, then wait to be checked out and in my car at 1:55 , that is not right.

No aromatherapy used

Session started about 10 minutes after appointment time. Too much wait time between getting undressed and the staff re-entering the room.

During my massage the therapist didn’t have a mask on during the up close portion of session (shoulder and arm area). Flu season is rampant and other spas in the are still following COVID protocols making guests feel safe! Therapist see multiple guests a day and can easily pass along some type of virus.

I was not satisfied due to I received more rubbing versus penetration of the muscles

Too expensive. Not enough appointment availability.

It was my first visit and I did know what to expect. I should have been more specific about wanting my neck and shoulders. Overall it was a great experience and I signed up for a membership

I feel there is always room for improvement . I would like to recognize Phyllis at the front desk - She is exceptional .

App is not integrated with check in! Price is too high!!
