Hand and Stone

Receptionist were conversing with one another too much. I was there 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was late getting back still.

My appt was supposed to be scheduled for an hour and a half. Upon arrival we were told that it was not scheduled that way, and the person who scheduled was no longer working there. I could not be accommodated for the time, but was offered an add on to my Service.

Since joining this facility, I have had appointments with 3 therapist. I was not expecting to continuously have my therapist rotated from one month to the other. Finally, hopefully I have a therapist that will not be changing because she is very good. Also, I had an appointment for a special service and it was cancelled because the new owners no longer wanted to provide it.

I was satisfied. I think everything has room for improvement. I would have liked a separate area post massage for a light refreshment and extra minutes to relax. And a bigger dressing mirror and spa music in the waiting room.

Don’t get me wrong I love Hand n Stone n staff n esthetician/masseuse and will continue to go and staff is very nice and friendly. I’m sure I will reach Highly satisfied status.

The experience was good. The room temperature was cold and I would have liked the option to have add ons like eucalyptus or lavender and soft music.

I was canceled on twice and when I tried to reschedule the times did not match my schedule. Why allow me to schedule the the originally and then you cancel on me! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice Shame on me but I will not allow a third time

Massage therapist was good but really didn’t do complete massage that I am used too. She did my whole backside & asked me to turn over & just did myneck. Im used to having my legs $ arms done when on my front & back. So that was odd.

The computer kept glitching keeping me from my appointment. I took a cancelation because it's hard to get an appointment there. The check out took over 30 minutes because of the computer issues and filtering as well as glitches... I bought gift cards but refrained from membership because of booking and glitches issues not paying monthly when it is hard to get an appointment.

Booked for July 4 couples massages. They called to reschedule, no dates available. Had to change to facial and massage. No water for customers after services
