I should’ve asked for a female massage therapist. I did not enjoy my therapist, it wasn’t anything that he did in particular…I just was not able to relax during the massage which defeated the purpose.

This location is too far from my house. There is otherLocations closer to my house, better Massage, and doesn’t cost as much.

Incompetence of the original receptionist However, the manager resolved my issues professionally and to my satisfaction. My rescheduled service was excellent.

No stones were not available Massage did not start on time and ended short of my time paid for The people I request are not available

This was my first one at hand and stone. It felt great but afterwards the back of my neck got real sore and tender and I did not like that and it’s still sore and tender today too much pressure on my neck. Which the massage therapy did too much pressure on my neck

Well I arrived at 10:35 filled all paperwork out and it was given back at 10 :40 my appointment was scheduled at 11:00 the massage therapist came and got me at 11:09 I got undress quickly. The therapist came in at 11:16. My massage stopped at 11:50 so it wasn't exactly a 60 min massage that was paid for.

Massage therapist appeared to have a cold or allergies. Sneezing/coughing was a bit concerning.

I attempted several times to book my appointment online and never got anyone to answer the phone or a call back after leaving a couple of messages. I ended up having to drive to the location to book.

Was told Kate afternoon appointments are not available. It was a struggle to get an afternoon Saturday appointment. Was told latest was I pm. Had to wait three months to get appointment. When receptionist called to confirm, she tried to push me to an earlier time. I said I could go later and would prefer it, then she came back and said 1pm was fine. The store says that they are open 7 days a week and accept walk-ins, so I believe they do late appointments.

I enjoyed it. I just felt like i had to encourage feedback from therapist about my problem areas. In my opinion she was a little withdrawn .maybe tired it was a evening appointment
