No noticeable results right away.

The person that was supposed to do my massage did not come into work that day. I was called to reschedule but I was unable to answer the phone. They left a message offering me an upgrade. I was already on my way with my daughter who was also getting a massage that day. I was offered to go after her. So I had to wait an hour for services and wasn't offered any upgrade in person. I heard the message after I got home.

The lobby area was warm not cool, if you’re coming in from outside on a warm day you like for the place you’re entering to be cool. The reception staff eating at the front counter, plus it was warm so the smell of the food was more noticeable. I put information on my initial paper work about my body that my masseuse didn’t read.

I requested the masseuse wear a mask, but when I flipped over I felt her breath in my face. I was almost certain I checked for the masseuse to wear a mask. I am autoimmune compromised, so this was concerning. I had a headache so I didn’t say anything and tipped fine, but I was disturbed that I had completed over half of the massage before I realized it. She was a great masseuse other than that.

Everything was good. Clean place to go. Nice ambiance. Appreciate my person wearing a mask. My shoulders and lower back hurt a lot after massage. Never had that before. Wished my person talked about the areas that needed more attention or was informative as she did massage. Maybe that not your policy but would have been nice. I'll be back for sure. Thanks

1) Paid for an hour massage - got 45 minutes... and not because I was late. I reached for my appointment 1 minute early, started on time, and was told my massage was over 15 minutes early. 2) Music too loud so not very relaxing.

Therapist was very talented. He listened to me as I explained the areas of pain and concern. The all around friendliness of staff and atmosphere.

Hand and Stone met my expectations. The estatician did a good job as usual. I would recommend her to others.

The pressure applied was too much in some areas. She really caused more pain than I expected. My back hurt more after the massage. And my shoulders were not addressed as much as I needed.
