Jason was a great massage therapist. He listened and focused on my problem areas. He took time to explain what I can do at home to benefit from my massage. I would recommend him to anyone.

2 places (whitehead or milia) at bottom lip line Could not be removed and was reason I was there. When paying receptionist not helpful, rude. However, Checking in was great.

When entered the staff wasn't friendly. My massage therapist was a little too bossy in her directions when she felt that I needed to relax and to allow her to move my body parts without my help. The room was basic nothing outstanding. Could of used aromatherapy.

I drive nearly an hour to get to these appointments. So I book a facial and massage back to back. Twice now one or both of my services has been canceled last minute. The first time I was called just before I left my house so at least I didn't waste time driving there but then had to wait a week to get another appointment. This time my massage was canceled because the masseur had to leave while I was having my facial. It was a family emergency I am sensitive to that. It was just disappointing and now it will be 3 weeks before I can return for a massage.

Receptionists, seemed a bit unknowledgeable on how to processing packages at the Texas location and Here in GA they didn't know how to process reward points. Alot of staff turnover so people don't know what there doing.

When I arrived I was checked in right away Someone was on the reception desk phone yelling at their child that they did not have their phone on them I was greeted by my massage therapist 10 min after my scheduled time. Room was cold and so was the lotion they used on me I asked for the heat on the bed to be turned up . I was feeling clammy The massage started on my legs then arms, back, shoulder, no neck . It was just uncomfortable Had I not purchased gift cards last nov I would not return

Staff should wear masks. Staff at reception should practice sense of professionalism by minding content and noise level of conversation while clients are waiting in lobby. Staff should do a better job at guiding clients out of lobby entrance to practice privacy and social distancing.

Didn’t enjoy my massage, it was more painful then relaxing.

There is always room for improvement. Based on the time frame and what I asked for, I am satisfied with the results. Maybe next time my session can be extended and the therapist can work on other areas.
