I am thankful for the best quality time of relaxation an with patients very recommended of the good excellent work at this building an good positive energy

Therapist was very nice & friendly but I was unable to fully relax because they talked during the entire hour.

The receptionist were very nice and accommodating. The massage itself was very good. However the massage was cut shorter than an hour and the massage therapist was very cold and not as nice or responsive as the receptionist, like I was bothersome to her.

I feel the massage lotions or oils could be a little warm. One therapist had cold hands and the lotion was cold.

Overall I was satisfied with the visit. I will continue getting facials if I see the results I am hoping for. I will be happy to provide an update as time goes on.

I have had better massage therapist, did not receive 90 minutes of massage time.

I made an appointment on your website and was called 2 days later that they had to reschedule my appointment, 2 hours before the appointment. I was told that there was not a therapist there and the website allowed an appointment to be made when it shouldn’t have.

The massage therapist Christian did a great job, very attentive and good customer service. While I was changing clothing a male masseuse opened the door , apologized and thought the room was empty, the floor along base boards were dirty. When I checked out advised Christian would no longerher be there. I like seeing the same person for future appointments. Suggestions: Have a sign on doors to notify occupy or way to lock door. Inspect rooms to make sure males are not secretly installing cameras to watch clients List on site current staff so, Cusomers can choose/ select. Regular staff and discuss the cost of the massage during booking and option to sign up for membership. I may try another location in the future

The room was loud. Every time someone came in I heard the chime of the door. The therapist phone kept vibrating and it sounded like someone was coming through the wall a few times.
