Therapist was so nice !!! We'd be besties irl BUT I kind of did want to veg out and relax during the massage and she talked a lot

I booked online with ease, thinking I’m paying $59 (as advertised online). After finishing my massage the receptionist tells me it’s going to be around $100. I told her that nothing online suggested a change in rate & no one confirmed that BEFORE my appt. So she gave me the $59 rate, but I won’t be back if it’s $100 for a 50 min massage. That’s absurd.

I thought that because I had a freeze on my account and when I canceled my membership that I wouldn't be charged next month.

The therapist took me almost 10 minutes late and still finished on time, so I did not receive my full 50 min. Also I did specify a certain area to be worked on and it was not. However, the therapist was very professional and friendly and the message I received was good.

Booked the hot stone massage with additions of aromatherapy and the extra foot massage. Got neither the foot massage nor hot stones. After my massage I verified with the front desk that I had booked hot stone. The guy that gave my massage never came and apologized. Price got dropped to the basic massage but nothing else was said about his error.

Was not easy to set appointment time. Had to call back due to made appt then notification stated different time then agreed upon. I felt the receptionist would rather talk to the other person then explain what services were offered

Esthetician was really nice and comforting for my first time. There was no wait time as soon as I came in. My only issue is the price. The first time customer deal is worth it but regular price for a facial is a lot when you still go home with the same facial issues you came in with.

Nels gives a great massage, he pays attention to the problem areas. I feel like he really knows what he is doing to help. Very knowledgeable.

Two receptionists were present in the waiting room. During my short wait, both of them at different times exclaimed "Jesus Christ!" derogatorily in their conversations. I worship Jesus Christ and did not appreciate hearing such bigoted outbursts by employees.
