Hand and Stone

My facial was fabulous, my massage had a few things lacking. The temperature differences were very off... Beds are warm underneath, sheets are cold on top, stones are hot... It was a little off-putting. Really just wish the covers were warmed or heated. Massage was pretty repetitive, and not in the helpful, therapeutic way. Better attention to specific areas (inside shoulder blades, mid back, lower back, top of the shoulder) would have been nicer than just having my whole back rubbed in large, sweeping motions for 30 minutes.

Reception staff did not wear mask & other employees did not wear mask as well. Customers are required to wear mask. Look at this picture, doesn't seem balanced. Waiting area is dusty due to construction. Otherwise my visit was good. Carmisha my therapist does an excellent job. She should get a raise. I only go there because of her. She's the BEST 🌟

The receptionist was not welcoming before or after. I told she was quick and snappy. I was not offer water or anything....I had to ask afterwards.

I was satisfied with my overall experience. I would have liked to have the option for a longer massage but other than that, it was great.

I had a gift card for a Hot Stone massage. My therapist asked if I wanted aromatherapy, hot stone, etc so I let her know I had a GC for a Hot Stone. When I was checking out I was told I owed $10 because my GC was for a Hot Stone but I got a Himalayan stone (?). My issue was I didn’t ask for that. I don’t even know what that is.

I was satisfied with the service. I would return more often is the cost was more reasonable. It's good for when I want to splurge on myself.

I was double charged for my visit. Therapist could have used some more pressure i asked for firm firm and was not what i was expecting could have been better .

Massage was great. Did not feel the Himalayan salt stone addition was worth $30.00.

First the manager of the location never call me to let know why he didn’t return my money that you got from my credit card. I called him and sent him my credit card statement. The girl who did my facial was very nice and good but she took 8 minutes to start . Because of the extra charge they did on my credit card and never get it back I won’t recommend the place . Thank u

My appointment was rescheduled twice. The first time the correct phone number was used for text but not call and the receptionist was rude because I didn't answer any calls when they tried to reschedule, well you guys called the wrong number. Then when I went to go to the reschedule time, it got rescheduled again. Finally when I had my appointment I loved my therapist but I went to a different room then I had in the past and the room was not as clean and organized as it had been before. I loved my therapist and my massage!!! I will say that. When I left I had to wait for the receptionist to get off the phone before anyone would help me check out.
