My facial was canceled due to am emergency and I got a phone call if I wanted to reschedule my facial and my massage. I kept the massage appointment and was never told about you had to call when you arrive for your appointment. Then I waited in my car almost 8 minutes past my appointment and then the therapist stopped before the one hour. So I was a little disappointed.

Wanted deep tissue massage. I require a lot of pressure and therapist said she wasn't going to hurt herself trying to get pressure I needed.

I was not completely satisfied with the explanation of services and costs.

I was not offered any scented oils

This time my massage only lasted 45 minutes instead of one hour For what I paid for each month.

There was a lot of loud inappropriate personal conversation coming from staff in waiting area while I waited almost 45 mins past my appointment time which made me very uncomfortable. Service otherwise was great!

The McDonough location has been very busy the last 3 months so it has been hard for me to schedule an appt. My esthetician was good but it was my 1st time going to her. She didn’t share any info about health of my skin unless I asked, but she did a good job.

I’m satisfied with the service. I will be returning.

The morning started off awesome! My massage with Toni was amazing!! When she was done she told me to put on the robe for my next service, so I did. I was moved to a different room to wait. However after waiting 30 minutes, I decided to leave. I was told they double booked for my next service. The receptionist apologized, but no sort of compensation for the inconvenience to me.
