I like the massage and everything the only thing I didn’t like that I started my massage 7 minute late I believe.

I enjoyed my scheduled appt. She explained the procedure step by step which put me at ease

I didn’t like the upselling before my massage. Felt as if I had to purchase in order to get a quality massage.

This issues that I had were not worked on. These were issues and tightness that I addressed in the beginning of the massage. There wasn’t enough pressure and although soothing did not eliminate or subside my problem.

I booked an appointment with another massage therapist and was not the one who provided the service. They did tell me when I got there but had my phone number wrong in system so I didn’t have advanced notification. The massage therapist was nice and listened to me and effective but left ache in shoulder. I wish that the rooms were a little more dim and that they was less noise from the hallways.

Loved Latedra!!! She took her time and made sure she explained everything. She took very good care of me.

It was a good over all experience. The pressure i asked for I received. The whole team was friendly and calm and serene as expected.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with hands and stone. I recently received a chemical peel, so I’m now waiting to see my results. Then I could be either more satisfied or not.

We weren’t told their would be an extra 20 dollar charge for. Couples massage. When asked about it I told them we were t told that and the girl just shrugged her shoulders
