Looked for extractions, left with visible blackheads. I hade to gonhime and get blackheads out, for $80 this should not have been the case.

I’ve been twice and paid for a full hour massage and neither time was a full hour. They were both cut short. The massages were good but not the full amount of time paid for.

My experience was great! The only thing I would like different is that the actual massage was 60 mins and not 50 mins and that aromatherapy oils would be available at no additional cost.

Nells is great. That’s the only reason I come. They still have had problems transferring my membership since I signed up at PTC but go to McDonough.

i have gone to several locations but my massage experiences are not consistently good. So I am not sure I will continue if I find something else I will consider switching.

Last massage, therapist was very nice and did well. First two sessions, (same therapist) did not do well. She spent literally half the appointment pressing a muscle in my shoulders that was tight. Granted, it was tight, but I came for a relaxing back massage, and the experience was painful. She did loosen the muscle, but most of the appointment time was not used as i wanted. I would have survived without the should muscle release. I returned a second time and she began targeting the same area, I spoke up this time and asked her to massage my back. She complied, however the targeted muscle pressure was an overkill. I needed stress relief of a back massage. She was nice - it was painful.

I went in for massage to the room at 11:06 and the massage was over at 11:52. Felt kind of jipped in time. Also davora tried to talk me into using the salt rocks for an extra $30. It seemed kind of like a sales pitch. I had signed up for a deep tissue and was already spending $120 on a facial and massage. Just dont like feeling pressure like that. She was very nice. Massage was okay. It was more like a Swedish massage but I signed up for deep tissue.

My experience was ok! The first time I recurved a massage at Hands and Stone it was amazing. Yesterday when I can it was with a different person, so it’s not that my experience was bad it just wasn’t as good as the first time!
