I would have liked to have a little massage on the neck and hands

I wish you all offered Cupping- A type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Proponents also claim the suction helps facilitate the flow of “qi” in the body. All facials the client should be given a cotton headband to hold hair back or you all can sell one for $3 dollars. Its helpful for the client and esthetician

The services was great.

I experienced some problems during my first visit, but my second visit with Billie made up for it! Unfortunately, I will not be keeping my membership, but I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Checking out is always a longer than needed experience. Who’s a member, who’s not a member, pricing, etc. The computer program seems like it’s not the best for the receptionists.

Room 6 was very cold during my massage

I really didn’t see a difference in the addition of the Himalayan Salt with the stone massage.

Massage table uncomfortable. Add on services were within the hour massage and not in addition to. Extra time should be given for added services.

I made several appts using the online application. All 3 times it was cancelled ndue to Ericka not working on the dates that were provided. I didn't care who massages me since I hadn't been to the location before. She happened to be the available therapist each time I booked. The date of this service I got Rebekah and she was wonderful. I got my membership solely due to her time and attention she gave me regarding my needs.
