This was an average of my two visits. For the first visit I would give the therapist a 6 out of 10 for the massage. For the second visit (a different therapist), I would give her a 9 or 10 out of 10.

I recently froze my account and should’ve had 2-3 paid sessions left and when I went to check out, they couldn’t find them in the system. I was told they would contact me when they figure it out.

Great therapists thus far; relaxing environment; very easy to make appts; great price for the service

The products that I was recommended to purchase weren’t available and the samples were out of stock As well. I didn’t expect to pay an additional fee to get the service i thought was described online.

Member less than 3 weeks prices already changed up 10 more dollars had to massaged 49 now 59 goes up again soon I’m gone should not change that fast

The esthetician was not very enthusiastic about the services she provided. She also did not explain to me what she was using and how the products actually benefited my skin. She also did not offer any purchases. I asked about exfoliating, and she didn't sound sure about her answer. However, the overall experience was good.

My massage was not very good! Felt more like I just got lotion rubbed on me! Facial was amazing though!!

The receptionist never can find my membership. Even when they scan my key card. They never know that I have paid by deductions from my credit card.

The ambiance of the place was really nice. I didn’t have to wait long for my scheduled appt. esthetician was knowledgeable about my skin type.

Online scheduling continues to be unavailable for the McDonough, GA location. The only way to schedule appointments is by telephone, which is not very convenient.
