There is always room for improvement. I think the reception area could be nicer looking and more comfortable. The therapist was nice, but the room had too much light as I prefer a darker room. Overall, I enjoyed my massage and look forward to the next one.

Pressure of therapist could have been more firmer. But didn't state that to her.

I would like for them to explain more about other services that they provide. I want to be well informed about all my option so I can be better equipped next visit

This was my second facial. They were inconsistent in time. One was right at an hour. One was only about 42 minutes. One included a declatage massage and one did not. Neither person gave me options as to what kind of facial I wanted. They did ask if I had any areas of concern.

I am not highly satisfied with my hand and stone experience is due to having a new person. I felt he was nervous and needed more experience in Reiki massages.

There is always room for improvement. If you get highly satisfied at all times then you slack up.

My 1st visit. Rarely if ever give high satisfy. Cost is still a priority and still expensive on a monthly basis.

Overall the experience was great. However, I do not want to go through an up-sell process after experiencing such a relaxing massage. I am aware of your products and if I am interested I will expressed. I prefer not to be bombarded with offers. Yes, even if it is one thing.

my only issue is i called 6 times before i could get an appointment (6 different weeks)
