Today, the day after my massage, I m hurting. The pressure used was more than I expected for a relaxation massage.

i booked services for 2 people however the other person did not receive there service.

Facial was good but I have had better ones

I was told by the receptionist when I purchased my membership that I could add friends and family to get membership pricing. I brought a friend with me and while she did receive the price for a first time guest I was informed by a different receptionist that I cannot add friends and family to get membership pricing when they attend with me.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The esthetician did an awesome job and was very friendly. The only part of my experience I was not satisfied with is the very loud noise that occurred throughout my appointment. I understand this is a new location and there may be some work to still be completed, but it was difficult to relax with the loud noises and walking going on above me. However, the staff was very apologetic and accommodating.
