First of all I am a member and have been since 2020. However since you sent me this survey, I am filling it out. I am happy with Hand and Stone McDonough so much so that I am traveling from Decatur. What I am not pleased with is the availability of appointments with my regular massage therapist. Because she is so amazing and always booked. I have experienced three massage therapist and my massage therapist is by far the best and thus I have to schedule far out in advance and this I am not pleased with, but what else can you do about that? I enjoy visiting Hand and Stone McDonough and the staff are so kind, personable and efficient in their knowledge and service.

Jason my massage therapist has magic hands. He’s awesome. I always feel stress free and relaxed after my massages. The customer service of him and the front desk personnel is excellent.
