Hand and Stone

I called days before making an appointment and spoke to a male receptionist. He claimed he made the appointment but really did not. I noticed I had not received an appointment reminder or confirmation. I called the day before I thought I was scheduled to find out that I was not scheduled at all. Thankfully, I spoke to Rachel and she was still able to get me at least one of the appointments that I thought was previously arranged. It turned out to be a blessing, because I got Lyric for my facial! She was phenomenal! I thought I had three credits and was going to use all of them for my facial and additional products. The then receptionist claimed I only had two credits and I still had to pay. I'm over this whole membership when I can barely use it! I wouldn't mind coming back for a facial with Lyric but I have to seriously think of whether it is worth the time, drive, and money anymore.

My experience was wonderful from booking all the way through the services I received. Tony's hands were magical and very relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

I was highly satisfied with my H&S experience because my therapist was amazing! She applied the perfect pressure during my massage and she asked me if the pressure was too had or too soft and I appreciated that. I definitely plan to return and request Sandy once again.

The timing of the appointment was precise and was considerate of my remaining responsibilities. It was an enjoyable experience and I learned more of how to take care of my skin. My esthetician was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
