I’ve had many facials this one by far was the best. She took her time. It was very relaxing. The products she used were effective.

Friendly staff most of the time, good massage and facial staff

As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. Maya did my dermalinfusion facial, and she was so friendly. She really wanted to address my skin concerns.

Hannah makes me feel like I’m her only client for the day, she is so patient and easy going with me. I am 78 years old so her job is extra demanding with my skins issues. She is fantastic. I would recommend hand and stone and Hannah to anyone.

The massage therapist did not review my information and failed to give me the peppermint scalp massage. The charge was removed and the front staff was very accommodating. I mentioned a coupon and they applied it without hesitation. The massage was great just wish my complete order had been fulfilled. I will come again.

Bridget was phenomenal. Hands down my best massage therapist here at this location. I had a very bad experience with front desk last time, and haven’t returned since. I’m glad Bridget was able to reinstate my overall spa experience during this visit.
