Therapist very friendly. Didn't quite get to all areas needed, but worked extensively on areas that were extremely tight and knotted. Explained why unable to get to all areas. 2nd appt booked.

The amount of available times for appointments is limited. I have several credits and would like to use them but finding time has been an issue.

Receptionist was friendly. Very clean. Had 2 different therapists so far. Both were not overly personable, but did their jobs well. Used to being given bottle of water flowing massage and then walked to the reception area in other massage places. But the massages were very good, so I can overlook the other. And they are convenient and clean.
