There was a mop bucket in the reception area near the chairs. Items offered for purchase are too expensive ( water enhancer)

Reception staff is courteous, friendly and answered all my email. Kinisha did a great massage. The ambiance and cleanliness of the entire business is wonderful.

I pulled a thigh muscle, and knew that getting to my therapist immediately would start the healing process faster. Toni knew exactly how to deal with it, and gently starting stretching and massaging the area. I felt so much better when I left, and I know that it is healing faster because I was able to get in to my therapist.

I switched to Hand and Stone from Massage Envy for a number of reasons. I will only go into 2 of them: 1. Keeping appointments and starting on time. 2. Availability of therapists. I have been extremely happy with my therapist but apparently more clients are just as happy as she is hard to book. I will continue to keep my membership and enjoy the value that I am receiving.

Neil is very knowledgeable massage therapist and is very friendly.

The therapist was wonderful. She did exactly as I asked. Because of her I became a member. I plan on seeing her every month.
