Hand and Stone

Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone. Since the membership fee has increased, I’m reconsidering renewing my membership. Also, there used to be monthly specials for add on services like $5 for hot stones. This is not offered anymore. I’m not sure about the added value of H&S as compared to other facilities.

My first massage. Thia was so nice. She answered my questions and reassured me that i was being a good client lol because I was worried I wouldn't know what to do, but she gave me instructions that were easy to follow and she was so helpful in explaining things to me. Such a kind person. Very helpful. I felt comfortable and will be returning to a location closer to my home.

I was highly impressed with the technique of my massage therapist, Vanessa. She applied perfect pressure and was very kind. The front desk receptionists were also very welcoming and polite. I was very pleased and relaxed.
