The service was great! Everyone was super friendly and ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of.

It was my birthday. From the time I entered the spa to the time I left, I literally felt like all the staff were there just for ME! Even with other customers there. I felt like a queen :)

My facial was very relaxing and comfortable and my skin felt great afterward.

I was completely wowed by the entire staff!! I fought heavy Christmas traffic to get there and was stressed about being on time (since it was my first visit, I had to fill out paperwork). Received a warm greeting and told to relax and enjoy...Which I did, very much!! So often at this busy time of year, great customer service goes out the window... not here! I had an exceptional experience from the time I walked in the door until I left! Spot on!! Nels was thorough! Receptionist helped me use my giftcards! Started a membership and have my next appointment in 2 weeks!! I feel so much better after 1 massage, can't wait to do this on a regular basis!!
