Hand and Stone

Every aspect of my experience with Hand and Stone was exceptional! I signed up for a membership on the spot! My massage therapist was amazing! He paid great attention to my problem areas and applied perfect pressure. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the esthetician took time out to speak to me in between her appointments. Great customer service!

The massage therapist was very good and knew what I needed. The atmosphere was nice. She made me feel comfortable.

I received important helpful tips from Ms. Betty about my muscle issue that I was having. She really put in work about that area and informed me about why I was having pain. Her massage was awesome. I will be seeing her again next month!

Wow-my experience here was phenomenal! I was so excited the morning of, I forgot my wallet at home. The store opens @9a, which was when my appt. was scheduled. I arrived in enough time to head home if need be to grab my ID & more cash but the staff welcomed me in, out of the rain, & helped me work out my issue. A solution was immediately provided & they let me wait in the waiting area before the store technically opened. I thought that was extremely nice; not every business will let you do that. Latoyia did my facial & she is amazing! I was nervous to have someone that close to my skin but she made me feel relaxed & hopeful. She made wonderful suggestions for improvement & described what she was doing along the way so I could learn how to better take care of my skin. Erica did my massage and boy, did I need it!! I upgraded & added the Himalayan hot salt rocks. IT WAS AMAZINGGGG! She worked out my kinks while also making sure I was comfortable & relaxed. I dozed off numerous times during my massage & I felt so good afterwards. It is evident that everyone here is a professional & is knowledgeable towards their work. I purchased a membership & am looking forward to returning! :)
