We are guests in the hotel. Stayed here many times and had wonderful experiences. This time however, we are dissatisfied. When we arrived to checkin, we were told our room was not yet ready. 2 hours later we tried checking in for the 3rd time. We were finally give a room with a view of pipes and dirty walls. After stating this room was unacceptable, we were given a room on a higher floor. The room itself is beautifully remodeled, however, it is not functional at all: no drawer space for your clothes, no hook to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. We have gone to the pool 3 days now and found out if you are not poolside by 8:30 am, you will not have a place to sit/lay in the pool area. This is completely unacceptable!!! Also, we are being charged a resort fee, which is to include a newspaper daily. Again, we have discovered if you are not down to the lobby by 8:30, the supply of newspapers is depleted! If I am paying for this service, there should be enough supply for me to receive one. Finally, as a hotel guest, valet should be available to us. We were not happy to find both valets completely full when we returned to the hotel one night. Like i said, we have had many great moments at this hotel in the past. After this trip, I think next time I will be staying on the strip.

Staff was uneducated on how to use gift cards, over charged at one restaurant for food but receipt showed a different price. Staff was not friendly in the hotel area. The people soliciting us to check out a new resort every time we walked by them to go to our room we paid a lot of money for was annoying and does not make me want to come back.
