It was a very cold day, and the agent kept loudly complaining he could believe all the CRAZY people coming out for service when it was so cold. Guess he meant me. Too bad I work six days a week and have limited time off. I sure hate it that my money as hard earned as it is wasn't appreciated. Guess it won't be spent there again.
