Had pedicures done with 5 other ladies and some of the employees were talking about our group being late. We were late because we were given incorrect direction by a staff person.

The security guard to let people into the suites was extremely rude and demeaning, I didn't appreciate his attitude towards guests. But all other employees were very kind
