Good food

I don't find the space between banks of slot machines to be particularly spacious. It often feels congested when it is crowded. I understand that there is a limited amount of space in the casino but.... Most of the staff is friendly, but I find they also socialize with each other a lot. Overall, it is a fairly good experience, however, there is some work needed to be done.

Buffet is great! It's the only reason I go

The room where I usually gamble is much better organized. It does not feel so congested. Everything was clean and service area for drinks was as well

The cups and ashtrays on the gaming floor are sometimes left for a while. It seems there just isn't enough staff at times because the ones I see are always working

Clean and well kept. Washrooms were clean.

Staff is a little off hand. They use to greet you as you walked into the casino but I didn't find that evident on my visit. They looked a little dour!

Loved the variety of options to choose from the buffet!
