The employees at the Monte Carlo are very rude. They should also allow customers who aren't doing valet to be able to use luggage carriers

I reserved and prepaid an upper level strip view room. They were over booked and did not have the room reserved and prepaid for. They attempted to address the situation by waiving the resort fees and providing a $50 food voucher. This was nice but did not negate the fact that I was inconvenienced and had to move rooms. Because I paid they could not refund the difference. Not an acceptable level of service.

Worst hotel I've stayed at bed sheets were stained and restroom has mold received another rooms fun that room was occupied walk in on him and his wife
