Cold, so not a lot to see

We visited for the penguin palooza which was advertised as feeding penguins, penguin crafts and hot coco. There were no specific hours listed as the zoo is only open for 5 hours but when we arrived at 2 there were no longer any of the events going on and the staff didn't seem to know what was happening when. I understand why they weren't feeding them anymore for the safety of the Penguins but on the first day of the event you would have thought they would have clarified if the events would only be for a short time.
