Nice on the inside, huge

Very nice.

I love the atmosphere and the people are so nice. Got a chance to visit the gift shop and the employees in there were awesome! Very nice and helpful. My helper in the Gift Shop was Jessica, and she told me about all the events going on not only in Harrahs but in New Orleans. I really appreciate Jessica helping me shop and going above and beyond for my wants and needs. Keep up the good work Harrahs!!!
