You can't smoke in here which is good and bad. The shops are too expensive and you have to have a players card to get free drinks no matter how long you have been playing on the machine

Spent a ton of money gambling and was not offered a drink once.

Beautiful place

It was busy and the staff was above and beyond friendly.

The staff on the casino floor is so nice! I had the pleasure of going to the gift shop and the employee in there was so nice. I think her name was Jessica. She was very sweet and informative. She was well aware of the perks I could get with a total rewards card and the events happening around not only the casino but the city. I also had the pleasure to eat breakfast at the buffet. My server was named Oscar and he was very nice as well. For lunch I stopped by the Palm Room and was pleasantly greeted by the host named Dale. I went to the bar and there was two bartenders (Jimi and Jermmie) and I was helped by Jermmie. The chocolate martini was amazing! The presentation was great too. My server in the Palm Room was Tiffany. She was nice. I really enjoyed my trip to Harrahs as always! This one was a trip that stood out to me.

Fun and great location

Great downtown location with access to lots of other tourist attractions.

The drinks should be a little stronger and delivered a little faster. And they need more ways rewards for visiting.

Took all my money. But I still come back
