Front desk people are the worst. The only helpful people at the front desk are Rosalee, Wilbur, and Benjamin. Everyone else are in the wrong field and should work elsewhere that doesn't involve customer service and hospitality. Beautiful property but the guest service ruined everything good about it. It's a shame.

The dealers seemed a little bit nervous like they knew that you were going to lose it was kind of uncomfortable but always like to play

Service was extreme slow at the sports book bar which was disappointing and frustrating

The seats are broken in the movie theater. But I did think the theater was clean - no sticky floors. But I wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness of the bathroom
