Awesome water park!

Our two kids had a blast and loved it!! The two night stay set us back pretty good in the bank account but the memories will be well worth the cost! There are only two things that I have noticed that kind of touch me wrong here... #1: the staff. Most are not very happy and go friendly as you would expect at a lodge. #2: the dust on top of everything in the room we stayed in. The room was pretty clean for the most part, but I could have written our families name's in the dust on the top side of the timber headboards of the beds. The top of everything else was about the same way.

Diet Coke tasted funny... lines need cleaning I think. Staff was very polite and helpful. Facility was nice, tidy and clean.

rooms were decent. pretty dusty everywhere. sound travels alot through the floors so you hear stomping above you. the water park is great. I really enjoyed the adult hot tub and the water slides.

Emailed about special diet before going. No response so addressed with manager when we got there.
