Talking Stick

I usually go to other casinos. I went to Talking Stick expecting it to be better, just based off the looks from outside. The black jack dealers were rude and did not want to be there working. There was absolutely no excitement in the air. I am really disappointed.

We had a table of 7 so were forced to have gratuity paid up front in each person's meal price. The worst service I have ever received as a result. Very disappointed

Can't believe they still allow smoking inside. I feel like it's the 1970s. I'm never going back because of that.

Lack of service from my dealer. Seemed dead.

The place was unclean. The smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. The patrons were so drunk that is was dangerous and inappropriate. When we went to a walk up the bar the bartender chose to ignore us until my husband insisted she serve us and then my drink was filled 4/4 of the way.
