Nice casino.. Friendly staff.. Restrooms are always clean.. But the payouts are horrible .. It's a waste of time visiting this casino.. I know the machines are geared toward a profit for the house but y'all need to loosen the purse strings and let the customers win a little.

room was nice, casino area was dirty with ash trays and used glasses that were left behind by other guest. poor variety on places to eat, steak place very expensive with poor online reviews, buffet was over $26.00-crazy, river side cafe was busy but did not appeal to us, we ended up getting church's chicken. will Prob not visit again. celebrating son's 21st birthday, staff refused to allow us to use our AAA discount.

terrible payout percentages. I used to go in the last couple of years and usually could always get a decent payout on the 2 dollar machines. played one, two, and even five dollar denomination slots machines with a very poor payout. played several over the course of twelve hours. will not return and will be sure to spead the word not to go there. I will only go to united states casinos where the payouts are regulated by the state gaming commissions. Lucky Eagle needs to understand that players will eventually stop coming altogether when they set their machines to have such poor payout amounts. better to have decent payouts on fewer machines than little payouts on every machine even when amount gambled on one machine is high. it is very noticeable and many others complain. I have talked to many people while playing there and it is always the same complaint about poor payouts. you want people to win money back to keep them playing. when you set the payout percentage to 20% and the take to 80%. people will notice eventually. especially me who plays alot of different machines as well as the same ones for an extended period.
