We are here for 18 days during the NFR. Room staff is always fantastic. Sometimes wonder how corporate even functions??? Rooms are always a challenge - lost reservations, wrong type (Queen/King), wrong buildings, etc. - a little frustrating. Lack of communication between marketing and staff as well. Food and beverage didn't even know we were coming and this is a HIGE event.

Went to the house of blues for dinner and a show. Our waitress was alright but the not the greatest service wise. Excited to visit again regardless.
