Friendly servers and great food

Seems like the customer service has declined - we stay for 18 days every Year for the NFR. The rooms were not booked correctly, glitches on services, amenities. Etc - all of which are pre-planned through our booking team.

I visited for a large conference and it was run well by Mandalay bay. The food was good and the facilities were clean.

The drinks were very expensive, so much so that I went to Walgreens and bought a 12-pack of beer to drink before going to clubs.
