My buffet was comped. The food is just alright. My pizza was cold. The place is always empty so the food sits for a long time.

The buffet is just ok. Luckier its comped. I wish they had a sit down restaurant. The machines are tight. Just not like it used to be.

Bad gambling

I sat at a slot machine next to quite a bit of trash before someone came to clean it up. I don't like the fact that this casino has so many 2 cent machines instead of 1cent. The food in the buffet was not kept up effectively and I often found myself scrapping the dregs at the bottom of the serving pans. Good quality was not consistent.

Iwent there to talk to someone or the total rewards about the loyalty bonus and no one could help me in the poster says the visit the total rewards account. somehow total rewards change my email so I never received the email.
