We are highly satisfied with our visit

I called first to make sure the pool is up and running as we have a 7 year-old who we wanted to use the pool they said yes, I said are you sure everything's fine as we want to make sure, otherwise will stay somewhere else they answered yes so we get checked in and unpacked go to the pool and it's too cold so I called front desk asked if they could turn up the heat they said they can't they're waiting for a part to come in so I was very unhappy my seven-year-old cannot swim that night or run at some energy in the morning for a long travel ahead
