Wifi doesn't work in room. Had a broken light in the bathroom. Tub didn't drain well.

Stayed for 3 nights. There was no hot water for two days. Front desk said they were working on it. Very inconvenient. Also wifi was terrible. Kept signing off.

We booked this hotel a year in advance and they tried giving us 3 different rates higher of course. Plus they didn't come clean our room or give us clean towels I had to ask for that stuff. The people at front desk was nice but they kept screwing up. The breakfast staff took up waffle stuff when she had been waiting in line for awhile way before 10:00 & she was the next to get a waffle. I told the kitchen supervisor that was very sorry & they were wrong. If they don't take off from my hotel bill I will be suing the Hampton inn so when everything goes through my bank it better be right or I will on this hotel. GOD bless
