I'm a diamond member and was told that I choose the extra points instead of water. I stay at a Hilton brand hotels and always get water. Seemed ridiculous to me. I spend almost $500 for 2 nights and can't get a couple bottle waters. I hope this doesn't continue as I prefer this brand but usually stay at Hilton garden and double tree.
