Holiday inn club vacations has created the true vacation experience at Orange Lake. Friendly staff, great food, free entertainment (especially for the kids) and inviting rooms that feel like home!

The location is very convenient as we went to Disney. The grounds were really nice and had a lot to offer. The room was for the most part clean. However, there was a dead roach in the kitchen and a really bad smell we couldn't get rid of in the living room. It was a really good deal through southwest vacations. We would probably stay here again.

A rough start.the room was not ready by checking time of 4pm.made reservation 8onths in advance for a 1 st floor 3 bedrm condo.at check in not only was room not ready but we were promised a call when our 1st floor place would be ready. No call ever was made and when we called an 1 1/2 hours later we were given a second floor condo.when we complained they did switch us to a first floor condo, but, had to wait another hour and when we went to pick up the new keys no one could figure out where the new keys were. Very dissappointed in how we were treated after a long day of travel .

We have worms crawling out of our bathroom drains and I feel like everyone is trying to sell me something. I think it is pretty bad the amenities that are advertised and excite the kids, we are told we have to pay for when we get here. I would rather stay at a Disney resort
