Checkin staff was friendly

the rooms were ok, the staff was great. the only problem I had was, 1 pool to cold to use, not inviting 2. the gift shop was crazy overpriced. 3. the lady that runs it (German? ) was rude 4. no restaurant, except TCI Friday 5. if your traveling alone, you wouldn't feel safty walking over there.

The place was okay. When I got to the room my bed was not made and lights were on.
